Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings from it. A x10 rollover on a RM 100 bonus means you need to place RM 1,000 in total bets before cashing out.
Example: Claim RM 200 bonus with x15 rollover → you must wager RM 3,000 total. Once reached, winnings become withdrawable.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
When you have an active bonus, most platforms cap your single bet size — typically between RM 250 and RM 500. Exceeding this limit can result in bonus forfeiture.
Example: Bonus active → max bet per spin or hand is RM 300. Betting RM 400 in one go risks voiding your bonus.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing your rollover. Slots typically count 100%, while table games like blackjack or baccarat may only count 10–20%.
Example: RM 100 on slots → RM 100 rollover cleared. RM 100 on baccarat (10% rate) → only RM 10 counted.
Bonus Expiry Window
Bonuses are not valid forever. Common expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days after the bonus is credited. Uncompleted rollover bonuses are usually forfeited at expiry.
Example: Deposit bonus credited on June 1 with a 14-day window → must complete rollover by June 15 or the bonus is cancelled.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (or non-cashable) bonus stays in your account during play but cannot be withdrawn — only the profits earned from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus can itself be withdrawn once the rollover is complete.
Example (Sticky): RM 100 sticky bonus + RM 500 winnings → you withdraw RM 500, the RM 100 disappears. (Non-sticky): you keep the full RM 600.
Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Some bonuses cap how much you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. Even if you win RM 5,000 using a free-spin bonus, the max cashout might be capped at RM 500.
Example: Free spin bonus with RM 500 max cashout. You win RM 2,800 — only RM 500 is withdrawable; the rest is removed.
